These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://www.glorayy.com, the Glorayy platform, user dashboard, reward token subscriptions, USDT services, loan tools, virtual cards, Live AI Chatbot, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Glorayy ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
Glorayy is a UK-based digital asset management platform that empowers users with secure tools for cryptocurrency management and digital ownership, including reward token subscriptions linked to assets such as e-commerce websites and metaverse properties.
2. Eligibility and User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Our Services are not intended for use by persons under 18 or in jurisdictions where they would be prohibited.
To access certain features (e.g., subscriptions, dashboard, virtual cards, loans), you must create an account and complete any required identity verification (KYC/AML) processes.

4. Reward Token Subscriptions and Digital Assets
Subscriptions are subject to specific terms displayed at the time of purchase/subscription.
You understand that digital assets and reward tokens involve significant risks, including volatility, potential total loss of value, liquidity issues, regulatory changes, and technological risks (e.g., blockchain failures, hacks).
We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Any information on the platform is for informational purposes only.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your investment and subscription decisions.
5. USDT Transactions, Loans, and Virtual Cards
All transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain (where applicable). We are not responsible for delays, failures, or losses due to network issues, incorrect wallet addresses, or user error.
Loans and virtual cards are subject to additional eligibility criteria, interest terms, repayment schedules, and agreements. Failure to repay may result in penalties, suspension of services, or legal action.
We may impose limits on transaction amounts, frequencies, or features for compliance or risk management.
6. AI Chatbot (Powered by OpenAI)
Our Live Chat feature uses AI technology provided by OpenAI to deliver automated support.
Chat conversations may be processed by OpenAI under our instructions. Do not share sensitive personal, financial, or private key information in the chatbot.
AI responses are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any chatbot output. You should verify important information independently or contact human support.
We may monitor or log chats for quality, security, compliance, and improvement purposes.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Services for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

We do not custody your private keys or digital assets unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £100 if no payments were made).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under UK law.
