These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Glorayy website, applications, AI services, digital asset marketplace, investment platform, wallets, fundraising services, PayHi video calling, and all related products and services.

By creating an account or using Glorayy, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Glorayy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated content:

• Must be reviewed by you before use.

You are responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

5. AI Credits

Certain AI features require AI Credits.

• Credits may be purchased.
• Promotional credits may expire.
• Purchased credits are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between users unless expressly permitted.

6. Digital Asset Marketplace

Glorayy provides a marketplace where businesses and digital assets may be listed for sale or investment.

Glorayy:

• Does not guarantee the future performance of any listed asset.
• Does not guarantee the accuracy of information supplied by founders.
• May review listings but cannot verify every statement made by sellers.

Buyers should perform their own due diligence before investing or purchasing assets.

7. Investments and Fundraising

Users may invest in eligible businesses through Glorayy.

Investments involve risk, including the possible loss of invested capital.

Glorayy does not guarantee:

• Returns on investment.
• Dividend payments.
• Business profitability.
• Future valuations.
• Successful fundraising campaigns.

Investment decisions are made solely at your own risk.

8. Founder Reports and Business Updates

Founders may publish:

• Financial statements
• Revenue reports
• Expense reports
• Business valuations
• Founder updates
• Dividend information

These reports are provided by founders.

Glorayy is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or misleading information submitted by users.

9. Dividends

Dividend payments, where applicable:

• Depend on business performance.
• Are not guaranteed.
• May be delayed, reduced, suspended, or cancelled based on business conditions or legal requirements.

10. Wallets and Payments

Glorayy may provide wallet functionality for supported currencies and payment methods.

Users are responsible for:

• Verifying payment details before submitting transactions.
• Maintaining the security of their accounts.
• Complying with applicable financial regulations.

Transaction processing may involve third-party payment providers.

11. PayHi Video Calling

PayHi enables paid video communication between users.

By using PayHi, you agree:

• Charges may apply before or during a call.
• Users are responsible for maintaining respectful conduct.
• Harassment, abuse, fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity is prohibited.

Glorayy reserves the right to suspend access to PayHi where misuse is detected.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Commit fraud or financial scams.
• Upload malicious software.
• Harass or threaten others.
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access to Glorayy systems.
• Interfere with platform security or operations.
• Manipulate investments, fundraising campaigns, reviews, or business reports.

13. Intellectual Property

Glorayy, its software, trademarks, branding, logos, platform design, and content are owned by Glorayy or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of content they submit while granting Glorayy the rights necessary to host, process, display, and provide the requested services.

14. Third-Party Services

Glorayy integrates with third-party providers for services including:

• Artificial Intelligence
• Payment processing
• Cryptocurrency payments
• Video communication
• Cloud hosting
• Email delivery
• Identity verification
• Analytics

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

15. Service Availability

• Suspend services.
• Remove features.
• Perform maintenance.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Attempt to compromise platform security.

Termination does not automatically remove records that must be retained by law.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of AI-generated content.
• Investment performance.
• Business profitability.
• Uninterrupted access.
• Error-free operation.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glorayy, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Glorayy during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glorayy, its affiliates, employees, directors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of another person's rights.
• Your submitted content or activities.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of Glorayy after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
